Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Must be a government funded agency such as: Ontario Health atHome-Brampton; Adult Day programs; Homemaking agencies; Supportive Housing; Respite Care programs dealing with dementia and mental health issues | ||
Application: | Referrals can be made by anyone * within a government funded community agency * who has identified a learning need related to the mental health of the elderly * or anyone concerned about an older adult who may have a psychological, behavioural or memory problem | ||
