PRC's provide education, training, and consultative support to staff at long-term care homes or adult day programs supporting older adults living with responsive behaviours/ personal expressions associated with dementia, complex mental health, substance use, and/or other neurological conditions Delivers BSO Core Curriculum and customized education sessions based on identified needs. Assist and advise staff in the development of care plans and interventions, the use of assessment tools, and system navigation for other supports and services |
