Description of Services: Community health centre providing different programs and services from a number of community locations in Peel Region with a special ethnocultural focus for people from the Black, African and Caribbean (BAC) communities

Primary care
  • services are provided by a team of family physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and other medical professionals
  • services including care for children, prenatal care, minor procedures, gynecological care, adult health maintenance, cancer screening, and chronic disease management such as diabetes, high blood pressure
  • OHIP or IFHP (Interim Federal Health Program) is not required in order to access primary care services
  • appointment is required * call to book an appointment
