Health Promotion Address the social determinants of health and the areas in life that influence health and well-being * focus on empowerment, public participation and reducing social inequalities
 
Literacy and Basic Skills Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skills * helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence * some financial assistance with TTC transportation available based upon eligibility
 
Nutrition Counselling and Services Offer dietetic services by a registered dietitian to LAMP clients and programs * one-on-one nutrition consultation provided * presentations and workshops offered throughout LAMP in partnership with other programs
 
Physiotherapy Community physiotherapy clinic * provide injury prevention program, direct assessment and treatment, education, support programs and group programming
 
Primary Health Care Primary health care services * health education and disease prevention * family physicians, nurse practitioners * doctor on call 24 hours * no Ontario Health Insurance required for general services
 
Social Work Program/Counseling Services Social Work support incluces counselling, case management and advocacy to clients. Social worker can support clients to address concerns including income support, family and relationship issues, feelings of depression and anxiety, coping with illness, and dealing with past or current drug and alcohol use.
 
West Toronto Diabetes Education Program Education and management program supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes, gestational diabetes * one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, meal planning, weight management, stress management, and other lifestyle choices * registered nurse and dietitian on staff
 
Youth Programs Workshops of youth leadership, skill development
