  • general information and advice on Canadian culture, schools and social life
  • assistance filling out government documents including applications for Canadian landed status and citizenship, pension forms, child tax deductions assistance with translation and interpretation of documents
  • personal supportive counselling
  • assistance with preparing documents for supportive housing accommodations
