Programs and services for adults dealing with face-to-face or written communication challenges as a result of acquired brain injury, stroke, or Parkinson's disease * services include:
Progression and Maintenance levels of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality, or prevent functional decline or injury, or to maintain functionality |

Fees: | Set fees * publicly-funded services available to those who are eligible * funding may be available through the Assistive Devices Program or third-party insurance | ||
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: | Adults 18 years and older whose speech or language does not meet their daily communication needs, or are physically unable to produce functional written communication * must be able to attend appointments at Bridgepoint * must be able to identify a facilitator who will support their communication system (e.g. scheduling appointments, completing paperwork, basic troubleshooting) | ||
