Supports outpatient diabetes management for both type I and type II diabetes (children and teens up to 18 years of age) * clinical team including pediatricians specialized in providing diabetes care, registered nurses, dietitians, social workers, child life specialist, and certified diabetes educators to help support families and their children/teens learn to live well with diabetes * can test HbA1c (90-day average blood sugar) onsite Services include:
