Provides assistance to seniors and adults with a disability * this service enables people to remain independently in their own homes * services are based on a bi-weekly, 2-hour visit * to be eligible for home help, clients must have difficulty completing household tasks with no informal supports * difficulty with mobility and risk of falls, and/or uses a walker or wheelchair Services provided:
