Description of Services: |
Two ACTT teams serve North Peel and North Mississauga * address the ongoing complex needs of people with a mental illness living in the community * offer community-based treatment, rehabilitation and support Multi-disciplinary teams comprised of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, peer support workers, addiction/concurrent disorder counselors, vocational counselors, mental health clinicians Offer assistance with:
