Organization: Community Head Injury Resource Services of Toronto (CHIRS)
Description of Services: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults with an acquired brain injury in a group setting * offers opportunity for meaningful productive activity and social connections * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Most programs are located at the 62 Finch Ave W location, which also houses the drop-in centre * other specialized programming (eg swimming, bowling etc) is available across the city at various locations
Some virtual programming is also offered

  • recreational activities
  • recreational programming for people with disabilities
  • volunteer (mentor) program
  • virtual programs running daily

Fees: Set fee * subsidy available for eligible participants
