Description of Services: Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults who are frail, socially isolated, diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementia, or other age related illnesses (stroke, arthritis, Parkinson's) in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
