Description of Services: 60 bachelor style apartments with full kitchen for independent seniors aged 65+ * emergency response * access to doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals * Assistive Living and Supports for Daily Living Program operates 24/7 with an on site PSW * attendant services include both non-medical personal support and essential homemaking tasks

Assisted living services include:
  • personal support services such as bathing and toileting, assisting with mobility and medication monitoring, activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • shopping, light house cleaning, meal preparation
  • shopping, banking, paying bills
  • caring for children (in the presence of the client)
  • security checks or reassurance services
Other services:
  • transportation to medical and other social-related appointments, banking, shopping (Mon-Fri 9am-1pm) * in Mississauga only
  • pharmacy services
  • access to an Italian speaking doctor and other health professionals
  • chiropodist
  • referral to community/nursing services
  • fall prevention program
  • osteoporosis exercise program
  • mobile hairdresser and barber
  • assistive devices repair clinic
  • full-time recreation and volunteer coordinator provides multiple programs to enrich the lives of our residents on a daily basis
  • information sessions on medical and non-medical services health topics
  • community volunteer income tax program

Fees: No cost for eligible clients * rent geared to income or market rent ($750/month bachelor unit, senior residence only) * parking $30/month
