The primary aim of the association is to reduce the sense of inactivity, lack of camaraderie, and loneliness of the members General objectives of the association are as follows: a) to develop and promote camaraderie and fellowship among members b) to participate actively in worthwhile community projects or either or both the Philippine and Canadian governments c) to promote unity and better understanding among the members of the association and with other senior organizations in the community, and d) to render assistance to bonafide members in every feasible way as the need arises |

| Fees: | Membership - $25/yr; Joining fee: and thereafter, there is a yearly membership fee of $25/yr due by the month of January of each year | ||

| Application: | There is a membership form that those wanting to join the association has to fill out. Some basic information is asked just to have information as to address, age, status, contact nos., e-mail address. Good if some background information can be provided as to their interest or past work experience. Such information are for internal use only and might be shared with corresponding government agencies, if ordered or demanded. All information provided is considered confidential information. As to the FSM membership, we only share one's name, mailing address, contact nos., and e-mail address - restricted for INTERNAL use only by FSM members.
